Normally I.T. workers only deal with frustrated people who just want them to fix things. I sent this because I had a not-too-serious but very annoying problem that really needed evaluation by a more qualified individual. I included a description of the problem with all pertinent information I.T. would need, including screenshots. I got a near-immediate response.
